Diane Flynn

Founding Director, President, Programs Team Coach

Diane earned a BS in industrial engineering from The University of Arizona and an MS in operations research from Stanford University.  She has over 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with extensive background in network design, testing, troubleshooting, technical training, and team leadership.  She was the primary caregiver to her husband during his battle with cancer.  She is active in the volunteer community, serving as a critical care volunteer and participating in programs supporting people affected by cancer.  

  Noelle Bowman  

Founding Director, Vice President, Communications Team Coach

Noelle earned a BBA in business with a major in finance from Florida Atlantic University and an MA in journalism from Ball State University.  She has 15 years experience in an administrative role in the medical field, four years as a stay-at-home mom, and seven years as a reporter/editor in the newspaper industry.  Her community service includes four years as a board member for two chapters (Michigan and Arizona) of Society of Professional Journalists; two years as board member for an HOA; and one year as a church treasurer.  She also serves/served as a Big Sister, guardian ad litem, tutor/mentor to middle school students and other capacities too numerous to list.

Mary Nelles

Founding Director, Secretary, Fundraising Team Coach

Mary has more than 20 years experience in the financial service industry in a variety of positions, including business systems consultant (multiple levels), operations manager, team lead, technical services representative, and numerous other positions in the operations environments.   

Jacque Rambo  

Founding Director, Treasurer, Fundraising Team Coach

Jacque earned a BS in organizational communication and a minor in business from Arizona State University, and a JD from The University of San Diego School of Law.  She is admitted to practice law in both Arizona and California, and is a licensed real estate broker in California.  She currently owns and operates Rambo Law Offices, which has offices in both Arizona and California.  Her background includes a 12-year career in banking, holding a variety of positions. Her community service includes animal rescue, California wildfire community legal assistance, Financial Woman International director, mock trial team coordinator, and student mentor/coach and essay judge.  She was a co-caregiver to her father, aunt, and friend during their battles with cancer.  

 Mary Barry  

Founding Director, Communications Team Coach

Mary earned her BA in psychology from the University of Washington and has spent most of her career working in corporate environments.  Her experience includes sales and marketing management.  She currently works as a marketing copywriter and freelance writer.

  Mufazzal Badani  

Founding Director, Technology Team Coach

Mufazzal earned an MBA in technology, has over 15 years of software project management experience, and is currently a VP of a home equity group at Wells Fargo Bank.  His international management background includes experience in financial reporting, education (K-12), semiconductor manufacturing, VAR, ERP and entertainment industries.  He has worked with a number of key companies like Newscorp, Intel, Microage, Arrow Electronics and Pearson, to help streamline their technology directions.  He is a certified trainer, with expertise in managing large offshore development teams.
